Take a mid-week mindfulness break to find some balance and reconnect with your intentions. This online practice group for those new to meditation meets every Tuesday at 12pm.

Mid-Week Mindfulness
As mid-week busy-ness peaks, it’s easy to lose track of our practice. Pause and reconnect to your intention with brief teachings, group discussions, and Q&A periods, anchored by one or two guided meditation practices.

Sessions focus on basic mindfulness and heart-based practices, such as loving-kindness, compassion and self-compassion.

Who is this practice group for?
The mid-week mindfulness practice group is for anyone who would like to take a mid-week pause to practice meditation in a supportive community.

It is appropriate for those brand new to mindfulness meditation as well as for experienced practitioners.
