Insight4Peace grew out of our intention to bring peace to both our human inner experience and our world. We do this by offering mindfulness and compassion workshops that help people with their everyday lived experience. Mindfulness fosters awareness of how negative feelings adversely affect one’s mind, body, spirit, and health. Mindfulness helps people see that they have choices about how to respond (mentally, emotionally, physically) to adversities. It fosters compassion for oneself, for loved ones, and the world at large.
