BEYOND THE MOBILE APP

We have a free mobile app with guided meditations to supplement the workshop. Participants are referred to certain meditations each week.

Mindfulness requires changing habitual reactions. We use psychological theories to help and reinforce habit change so people continue to practice mindfulness.

Our main offering is the Mindfulness Workshop. But we also have workshops on the Basics of Self-Compassion, Mindful Writing, Mindful Creativity and more.

We handle the logistics

Relax.  Once we know who is in the workshop, we handle all communication with the participants. This includes welcome emails, reminders and instructions each week.

timing

We work with you to find the day and time for the workshop. In our experience, noon and 5pm works best for people. We can also teach on the weekends if that works best.

Length

Mindfulness is best learned systematically over time. We teach a 5-week, 1 hour/week workshop. Participants systematically learn the practice and bond with the others in the workshop.

Up to 50 people per workshop

Online workshops can technically be much larger, but given the nature of the workshop (e.g., processing difficult thinking and emotions), a smaller group is best. This restriction can be lifted.
